2 for mossie -
mossie61 - fuselage, fin, tailplanes
mossie62 - main wing upper/lower surfaces

the text file is just called -
mossie6

All goes inside a folder called mossie6x - where the x is next number in sequence.

... and now can I use that skins in online play or isn't that
possible. I downloaded the file too and found all .bmp files
in that .zip

Now what must I do to use the skin ???
No plan

Sometimes a .res file arrive, mostly P51Ds but other planes have
no skin updates yet, although in skin department  are lots of
them ready to download.

Thanks for help.

The skins that are downloaded to you are used 'ingame, online', the ones from the skin department can only be used offline.
Not all have skins yet, and it takes a while to get all the ones that are available ingame.
