so far I think kerry is trying to put forth his hindsight bashing and icandoitbetteripromise + iwasinvietnam (he repeats this constantly lol) ... and bush is reacting as if kerry was horribly wrong (his voice does come out kinda whiny like..but then again the poor SOB has never been good in speeches hehehe).
