You know what would be pretty cool.  If, upon receiving the spy's info, the rest of the country spontaneously decided to defend with spit1's and hurris.

there were only 5 online at the time... point is,we got a stuka mission rolling in a forigen country (new to us since being rooks for over 2.5 years)

JB73 I must be a spy then.. ..  There were two of us roaming that area at the time you guys launched.  Me in my Mustang and I wanna say Outkast in a set of B-17s.  We called the raid over country to get folks to intercept. I know I was coming up with a heading to the NE and I believe Outkast was headed E. Not positive on his position.  We called the group out at about the same time.

 I was on scene when you guys had barely hit maybe 5 to 7k or so.  We just happen to be in the right place at the right time.  I'm sure you can ask a few folks.  I believe I was the first person to start buzzing through the 87s.  Then a few 109s and I think a 190 jumped on me.  I know there was atleast 1 Mustang amongst that group too.  I started hitting the front of the pack right off the bat.  I got like 4 or so before the escorts got me.

Spits and Hurri I's would ahve been fun, but the JU87's would ahve all made it if they defended with those.  Its really too bad that the 303's are useless for anything other than a lucky, or unlucky I guess, pilot hit.

Well, Booky, that's kind of the point.  I think the cool thing for the enemy to do in that situation would be to up spits and hurris, and not care that maybe it wouldn't "work" as well.  But whatever, do whatcha like.

Hey Cobra, was that you later on in the pony v lightning fight? If that was you S! you handled that pony well. I made it to the VH on bailing wire and bandaids. Gear, engine, guns and hemaglobin all shot away.

Hey Lizard.  Yep that was me.  You hammered me on the first pass and got my pilot.  I was surprised I lasted that long.  It was definately a great fight.  I'm still amazed at the 38s turning abilities.

2 303s on a Spit5 are useless


but 8 of them is not and you would no this if you ever flew them

but it does need a tracking shot but iv been able to saw off parts with a long burst from the Spit 1 and hurr 1
