Offline Practice Maps with In-flight Spawning

I think i remember once reading a rather dated post that offered a traning map for offline practice that allowed the user to spawn already in flight. Are there such maps?

For that matter, is there any way to spawn in flight during practice?

It sure would be nice, for bombing practice especially.

Yes, the "Rumble" map lets you spawn in flight if you use it offline.

Unfortunately, I don't see it available in HTC's download section.  I know I have it at home... when I get home tonight I'll put it up on the net and post a link where you can grab it.
