Get closer  ...for me that's 90% of it.

other things I see are as follows:

1) nose down shots...much harder to score on
2) "in plane" snap shots...usually better
to hi or low yoyo to shot for better
   aspect
3) failure to account for lag in leading con
4) Hi G's at shot...hard to pull tracer
stream to target...get nose in front and
   G's unload to shoot.
5) Fire at convergance +/- 100yds only

Heater

If this will work, try this.

Go to the training area with a partner. Film yourself making a variety of gun passes on him...change your aspect and G levels.

Then send the film file to me and I'll take a look. I'm hoping the file will play back on my system.

Send to alfakilo@doitnow.com

Heya Heater.  Some good advice above.

Things I can add:

Trim.  If you are far out of trim you will have a very difficult time lining up a good steady shot.

Timing.  Wait for it!  Don't shoot until you are close enough and it looks like the best shot you can get.  Remember it takes energy to pull lead on a target, so stay in lag persuit if you can and don't pull lead until you can be reasonably sure of a kill shot.

I'm GMT -4, drop me a note at sconrad@hfx.eastlink.ca and we'll arrange some training time if possible.
