Zeke Ace available?
« on: June 28, 2000, 08:36:00 AM »
After a considerable amount of practice trying out many aircraft types, for whatever reason I seem to be real comfortable in both the George and the Zeke, depending upon the tactical situation of the arena.  I'm not sure why, but I don't care as it's just a game for entertainment diversion for me, so now I'd like to focus on them as a primary ride.

Id' like to find a trainer, or someone who's very good (an Ace) in the zeke to start with, who could teach me the finer art of fighting this machine in an MA overrun with late war aircraft B&Zing the heck out of everyone and everything.

I don't need basic training as I'm a real pilot and I've got almost four years of WB experience in scenarios, HA and MA.  What I need is somebody who's gracious enough to spend time with me, pushing my buttons 1vs1, so I can become a better pilot than the mediocre skills I currently have.

I realize that this is an imposition on someone who wants to log on and play, as opposed to mentoring an old warrior, so I do understand if nobody feels they have the time.

I'm off to Japan tomorrow to pick up my own personal Zeke.

Just kidding, but I am there on business until July 10th, so starting anytime after that would be good.  If you think you'd like to help, then please send me an email or respond here.  Thanks.

Regards,
Badger

Badger, if your willing to come to knight land I'd be glad to wing up with you. Course I'm "Relearning" the zeke myself but hey, 2 is always better than one and maybe we can both teach each other a thing or 2.

Feel free to give me a yell on icq 2928062

There are no official trainers anymore until Pyro picks some knew ones, but if ya want I'll be glad to shoot you down over and over again with the zeke.

Badger,

I don't think I'm an ace in anything...but I've spent alot of 1 vs 1 time in the TA with DMF,Jase,RWY,Citabria,Av8r...etc...so I'm a reasonably good stick with a variety of rides. I'm going thru my own "retooling" and would love to fly a few with you.
