Hello all, I am sure there are a few of you that would like to be on the giving end of me saying that, but, I doubt you are.

The story is this. I was leaving the Martini Bar via RumBay in Colorado Springs on the way back to my friends car and some guy (who was shielding his friend peeing in the alley) said, "hey stop looking at my friends dick" Mr not take any poop (me) said, "are you jealous?" The next thing I know I have a HUGE black guy in my face saying, "you're gonna touch my dick, honkey!" I was very adament about me not doing so until his little friend grabbed me and turned me while the big guy DRILLED me in the cheek...

I can say this. I got up, and staggered a bit... and very humbly said I would be touching no such thing and he could kill me trying. He said differently as my friend tried to keep him off my butt. The cops said differently, and I now have to goto court because I answered with a smart arse remark. Mind you, I now have a broken cheekbone. Damn, that boy hit hard....

Will keep you in the know of the proceeds, but am definitely gonna think twice about getting the last word in with a punk.

Hey I had a similar incident except I was pissing in the parking lot. Ended up getting a stupid ticket for that. A few hundred bucks! For peeing in a dark spot in a parking lot. The injustice!

What provoked the shielding guy to initiate communication? You didn't see it coming? If so, thats a ***** fight. Huge or not, thats bull****. Take your piss, go home, and piss off.

My friends and I have seen our share of fights... two of them often go out for hte sole reason of finding a fight. Regardless if I think it's right or not, I'm with the friends. These two guys can hold their own.. they're huge. It's hte principle of the thing. Alcohol is a large part. Good thing your friend atleast acted.

You sound like a little trouble maker hoodlum octavious. You need to grow up. Gave this guy on the street a few bucks a few months ago. He was in jail for 8 years cause he beat the crap out of some guy at a bar fight. Sad, eight years for fighting. Save it for what counts, it aint worth it.

totally alcohol played a part.... had I not been drinking I would have ignored it as a punk, instead I commented and unfortunately was not prepared for the result. My stupidity for that. Apparently I should have been a bit more aware of the sucker punch, but, shame on me for allowing my mouth to get me into trouble, regardless if I deserved it.

For what it's worth, I never saw the punch, and only remember waking up on the ground. Kudos to the guy that hit me, damn good shot. Boy I wish had a chance to take it straight up though, and see it coming. Either way, they kicked my arse and I can't say anything else about it then... damn I wish... lol

ohh and Oct, I have no clue what provoked the guy who commented, we were walking by and oblivious as they were between a bunch of cars.

anyways, night all, gonna nurse my poor ego and cheekbone back over a few zzz's... the er said there is nothing they can do short of putting plates in... sad... all because I could not keep my damn mouth shut.

I think you should reread. I gave you a taste and you ran off with wild accusations. Where did I specify I initiate contact? Where did I specify I approve of their habits when inebriated? Where did I specify the number of confrontations I've been in? Where did I specify the timeframe in between each confrontation? Where did I specify how often I even get in a situation where that has the potential to erupt?! There are so many unknowns it's laughable you come up with that hoodlum assumption from one post.

If I somehow see someone I know engaged in physical contact with another individual, do I ask questions as he's getting his bellybutton kicked? Honestly, use a little boozetelligence here. No one has a solution for each possible outcome for any given situation. I'm not one to shoot and ask questions later, but in certain situations, you put the fire out first.
