I am kind of wondering where Nash and Thrawn and the Euro Trash America Haters are today?  Maybe they are busy registering illegal immigrants and felons so they can vote in Ohio???

I voted for the candidate I thought was best for America :D

Seriously, I was still thinking about who that was while driving to the poll.

MONSTER'S DEADLY WARNING TO 'RED' STATES

November 1, 2004 -- WASHINGTON - Osama bin Laden warned in his October Surprise video that he will be closely monitoring the state-by-state election returns in tomorrow's presidential race — and will spare any state that votes against President Bush from being attacked, according to a new analysis of his statement.
The respected Middle East Media Research Institute, which monitors and translates Arabic media and Internet sites, said initial translations of a key portion of bin Laden's video rant to the American people Friday night missed an ostentatious bid by the Saudi-born terror master to divide American voters and tilt the election towards Democratic challenger John Kerry.

Badnarik.  I'll have to check in with my Mom, a loooong time Republican who until the last time I spoke with her was actually going to vote for Kerry.

Nielson, don't mind Chairboy, he must've had too much coffee today. :)  Though there are only two biggies, you can vote for whomever you choose, whether that be Bush, Kerry, Badnarik, Nader, or Mickey Mouse.  Whether the third party candidates (anyone but a dem or rep) gets on the ballot or not depends on state laws, which generally require a petition containing a certain number of valid signatures.  If they're not on the ballot, you can simply write in your choice.  Some look at voting for a third party as throwing away your vote...I look at it as one more vote toward making that party viable in the next election.

True SOB, but if you are voting for the lesser of two ultra melons - then people are STILL throwing their vote away. Doesn't matter how they justify it so they sleep better at night.

I am going to get chicken wings after I vote to celebrate.

Speaking of chicken, I was riding through Crestview the other day when this blur of feathers zoomed passed the car.

"What the hell was that?"

My friend told me it was a chicken. He said since most people like drumsticks the were breeding chickens down there with 6 legs.
Seemed like a cool idea, so I asked him how they tasted?

"Dunno, we aint ever caught one...
