I voted for an "Election" forum for the next election.

Voted the other week. Bush.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."

Kerry

then I voted Democrat down except for Surveyor, Which only had a Republican Candidate, then I wrote In Homer Simpson.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

Wife and I voted this morning.  Each for the Bush/Cheney ticket.  I was honestly surprised at my wife's choice since she has almost always voted for deomcratic party candidates.

Nielson, don't mind Chairboy, he must've had too much coffee today. :)  Though there are only two biggies, you can vote for whomever you choose, whether that be Bush, Kerry, Badnarik, Nader, or Mickey Mouse.  Whether the third party candidates (anyone but a dem or rep) gets on the ballot or not depends on state laws, which generally require a petition containing a certain number of valid signatures.  If they're not on the ballot, you can simply write in your choice.  Some look at voting for a third party as throwing away your vote...I look at it as one more vote toward making that party viable in the next election.

Yeah i knew here were more than 2, but not more than 2 that mattered. We have 7 or 8 (lol i actually dont know) but 3-4 of them are large enough to really count but the system is completly different too. We dont vote for personalities/candidates in the same way. Would be nice to see 1 or 2 more real choises in america too :)

Good luck voters...  some of you are gonna get disapointed and some are gonna be very happy. Please keep it civil tho.... atleast do it for skuzzys sake. I decided that I will voice my opinion ONE time when this is all settled and leave it at that no mater who wins. I wont whine or gloat more than one time and that is a promise :)

Why, only a complete moron would change his voting preference due to the outcome. That’s what kiddies do, BTW how old are you?

This thread will not interest the progressives....don't expect much of an honest effort by them to indicate who they voted for....with the exception of my pal MT of course:)

My man on the keyboards....George W. Bush!!!!

Since I live in BFE aka Oklahoma, and there are only 2 choices for president and no write in's allowed.  I didn't vote for the POTUS.  Bush will carry the state, and I couldn't bring myself to vote for Kerry.  So everything was filled out, except the POTUS vote.
