I agree, Stream.

When I fly in CT, I expect, that the enemy uses the best tactics to beat me and I try to do the same thing. If my plane is good in boom and zoom, I use it. I fly differently in CT than in MA. MA is the place where I go when I like to practise my skills. In CT I try to fly wisely and I expect that the enemy do the same thing.

I think the witness for the defense has attempted to sidetrack VW's issue of his inability to avoid getting rammed with a false perception about the current setup, authored by said witness. This setup's fine. You should be glad for that. If you're missing all the turn-fights going on between every flavor of plane in the CT right now ... then you're just not there.

To get back to the MAIN issue at hand.

I've flown more in the CT since the Frank was available than in the previous 3 months all rolled together.

I landed my first 5 kill sortie in over a year a couple of days ago. Jabr! You made this ol man feel like a kid again for an hour.

As to the collsion model, it ain't broke, don't fix it. If your colliding with other planes its YOUR fault.

Last, as to the quality of the fights in the CT recently, I'd have to give em a solid 7.

Yes a few guys have run to ack. (Which I'd do myself if I had 3 guys on my 6, but not for just 1) People kept moving fleets between the 2 main fields which made finding a fight VERY DAMM ANNOYING!

However, MOST of the time the fights were deck to 8k, fast, fuious, and fun.

Seriously, I like it when guys better than me like Shane, Urchin, Levi, you (and many others) come visit the CT because I always learn something from it. I have never gone to the DA with Shane (althought I should, I have no doubt it would help me a lot) but I have learned a lot from him (and the others I mentioned) probably without him even knowing it.

I must say..........

As much as I admire Shane's skills in a plane I got a really good laugh out of playing target while VWE shot him down with the PT. The comments flying back and forth were priceless. Better entertainment than primetime TV!!

I like PT boats. Generally with A-1 sauce. Be a leader and talk others into following your lead.
