Down times for targets

Thought this better suited for this forum.

Where can I find the downtimes for certain targets, ack, FH, etc.  I've searched a couple of player sights but haven't found it.  And I know the info is out there..somewhere..

30 minutes for all but the hangars (Fighter, bomber and Vehicle) which are down 15 minutes.

These times can be increased by bombing the countries industries.
