Question to all participants : I really wonder the arrogance of Mr Toad's remarks throughout this discussion. He speaks as a true propaganda officer of the last empire.Is this his signature style?

Question to you. Why are you hiding behind this new account? It's not like your other account is susceptible to some sort of retaliation for expressing your opinion. Sheesh, are there really that many insecure folks on this bb?

Hi, Gentlemen,
I am not hiding at all.
Just happened to stumble on your discussion about the Red Emperor Stalin and the Virgin Finland.
And I really DID NOT LIKE THE TONE of it on Mr
Toad's part. That's it. Besides the fact that I'm the senior "leitenant" of the Soviet Army (Reserve) who spent 2 full years in a bunker near the Iranian
border in 1979-81. And I also know too much about the "Defence of Leningrad" campaign.
So, no excuses from me.

You'd be better off posting a direct link to the thread you are talking about.

Your post indicates a few inconsistancies and certainly gives the impression of a second account.

As to "tone" perhaps you are infering something that has not been stated or implied, hard to say since you do not link the thread or make the comment in it to begin with.

Toad is an ex-military, and he's IMHO a very informed and intelligent person (as most of the people here), but seeing everything through the prism of military ideological conditioning :(
