today i was flying along in 262 and all of a sudden straight to desktop did not take any time to exit, thinking maybe there was a possibility i pressed alit f4 cause i was typing i log back on, but only to find the same thing happen after 30 seconds of complaining i CTD again, then i reboot computer. click on MA and it goes to Desktop right away and same thing happened again the next time, when i finally do get in i last about 15mins and BOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMM another CTD any ideas? maybe the skin? anyone else having this

Not that this helps all the time but when making posts like these you have to posts system specs, driver versions and a dxdiag output.

For now, you have to examine what you (or soemone else) changed on your system between the time that version of AHII was working and now. This includes hardware changes, driver changes and any other software changes.

Also have you rebooted the system and tried the game offline?

game is fine offline, yes i rebooted, just when i play online it likes to CTD every 10mins or so it seems or right when im busy doing something

ok guys maybe this will help.. sometimes after i CTD then log back on this happens and comp locks up forcing rebooty so not sure if it is video making CTD or what but i cant take it anymore cant even fly without something happening

the bright flash is not part of what happens that is the camera flashing..................i touched the vid card to see if it or anything else was hot and it was just a bit warm thats all

ok i just got ctd again while i was typing and then i try to log back on and this comes up

so i click my settings then click ok and then this comes up

what the hell is up with that

question do you have a NVIDIA based card and Have you downloaded the recent drivers for them.

If so the new drivers are bugged I believe. but that might not be all I seem to be having the same problem too so your not alone the only difference between us is the way ur monitor looks I simpley CTD exacly every 10 min ( guestimation) REgularly I am working on that.

Your problem seems to be driver related and or too many backround apps.

but like the last guys said you need to post your system SPECS
I.e. CPU, MOBO, HD, VIDCARD, ECT.
and a DXdiag

thanks sent skuz the dxdiag and yes i have an nvidia and i CTD after every sortie but sometimes i make it through 1 1/2......got ctd just as landing jet the other day was a bummer...... my computer is lowend but it only started lately....after i got a message reading hard drive full lol.....getting new computer parts at christmas just reusing disk drive and cd burner heres what all im getting, think it will run AH good? as long as it is decent i dont care anything but the CTD/bluescreen/lockup/all the other stuff that come to. HD is only 10gb and processor is a p3, vid card is a 64mb, ram is 256
