3:30 P.M. Today or Tomorrow?
« on: February 03, 2000, 01:54:00 PM »
When do you guys think it will be?

Will we have the c202, Spit Vb, and La7? Will the billing start then? Will McCain beat Bush in South Carolina?

*whoops!* wrong thread!

Don't have me books here at work, but correct me if I'm wrong, LA-5 was a better performing A/C than LA-7?

Or maybe I'm thinking backwards like the Yak series (Yak1 was much better than Yak9)...

La7 was a refined version of the La5, and was a better a/c overall.

If you like it, try http://195.178.193.140/avia/avia_eng/100socol/index.htm

For Ivan Kozhedub stuff flying La7, 62 kills, take a look:
 http://www.elknet.pl/bcross-rstar/kozedub.htm

Note: Apart from these 62 victories, Ivan Kozhedub also was forced to shoot down two
U.S. P-51 Mustangs that mistakenly attacked his La-7 on one occasion. Both these
P-51 losses have been verified by USAAF sources
