I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank two individuals.
In October, the Yankee Air Museum was destroyed by a horrendous fire. Since then we've been working on rebuilding.
Two members of the Dogz of War, DOWjackl and DOWjambu have stepped up and not only made 6 computer monitors (21 inchers) available to us but took the time to personally deliver them to our temporary headquarters.
The all volunteer staff of the Yankee Air Museum, many of them WWII vets, would like to thank them for them for their time and effort.
We have a long road ahead of us but this is exactly the kind of help that will enable us to rebuild our museum.
Please give the Dogz of War a salute when you see them in the air and keep an eye on DOWjackl and DOWjambus' sixes for them.
It's not often that we have a chance to meet any of the virtual pilots that we fly for/with but I was lucky enough to be there to meet them both. The Dogz of War are lucky to have these generous iindividuals in their midst and should be quite proud.
