Not entirely sure, but I think it could be the size that you are using for type fonts.

This may or may not help.

Go to your desk top and right click on any open area.
Select Properties.
Then go to the Appearance tab.
Look down near the bottom and find the dropdown box for Font size.
If you find it's set to Large, try setting to Normal
Then hit ok.

Hope this helps

How are you getting into the film viewer??

The version that is part of the AH Startup is missing several functions.

Try going to your

Start/programs/AcesHigh/Film viewer.

Load a film, you should have all options enabled.

Your running the latest version of Aces High? Films taken are from the same version?

I had the same problem about 6 month ago and was trying to go from memory...  :(  I had tried a lot of different things and was not sure as to what really fixed it... anyway, I was able to replicate the same symptoms when I set my DPI Setting to high. Maybe thats it.

Go to your desk top and right click on any open area.
Select Properties.
Then go to the Setting tab this time.
Click on the Advanced button.
On the General Tab find the DPI Settings box.

on my computer if I set this to any thing other then "Normal Size" I have the same problem that you do with the Aces High film viewer.

good luck

I don't resize window until the film has loaded completely.  Otherwise I'll get an application error.
