looking at a 19 in. monitor to buy and it has a response time of 25 ms.  is this bad, good or indifferent for AH?  ive seen some as low as 16, think ive seen one lower than that.  its max res and recommended res are 1280x1024 and it is a flat panel.

In a perfect world 25ms is equal to 40 fps, realisticly you should be able to run at 30fps max with no ghosting. You should always run at native res.

16ms is recommended for gaming, at 25ms many people report seeing images ghosting in fast moving games.
