A call to all LW squads who fly Knights
« on: February 04, 2000, 01:07:00 PM »
If you can, get your butts up about 7:00-7:30pm PST (10'ish east coast, figure out your own time via somewhere else in the world).

Something big is gonna happen. Ultra will not allow the explanation to be broadcast on this frequency. I will explain when you arrive tonight.

That rocked!  There were a lot of alt-monkeys waiting for us, so we lost the bombers.  But I would estimate a 3:1 kill ratio by our fighters.  I got six myself (he says modestly).

Thanks all for participating, yeah, even da enema! I'm estimating we had approx. 25 knights and God knows how many Enema's waiting for  us!

 Unfortunately, we could only roust up 3 bombers, which were expertly jumped on, I was lead, and being the lead, was expertly targeted by non other than the Stalker!  Good work!  20 min later we again.."almost" snuck a C47 into F8, again dying 3 seconds before dropping troops! DOH!

Again, thanks all, and lets kep this a friday nite thing until Pyro and Co. get something going on scenarios.  Later!

The only two things I would change would be:

1.) Take B-17's, and;
2.) Bring more than three.

I guess the bright side is that they didn't do any better with twice the number of bombers (B-17's) on their raid... we got them all!

I had fun nonetheless, and will be there next week.

Imagine my surprise when at 11,000 feet in a herd of friendly fighters my B26 becomes swiss cheese and I fall out of one of the holes.

Very good Mustangs, I had no clue and was properly impressed... and shot.
