Removed a debug message that would show up in the text buffer when you were around coastlines.
Fixed some issues with the new cloud layer not sorting correctly with other transparent objects.
Map rooms were missing from vehicle bases.
Map rooms could be destroyed by normal ordnance.
Flak and smoke shells now make sounds again.
Amphibs no longer create water splashes on ground.
Fixed a problem on the edge of towns that created an invisible barricade for vehicles.
Made a change to the flak puff animation.
Made a change to the color of the water splash on the boats.
