There is no sighup for the event, simply be there in time to join the missions before the start of the event.

It only covers about 2/3 of my screen - it does say at the bottom right "Best Viewed in MS Internet Explorer Or Netscape at 1024x768 resolution." Mine's at 1280x1024.
