When I'm in the tower I can transmit using the T Key through my Microphone. As soon as I enter the aircraft, I can't use T to transmit unless I have the radio box open, and then make sure I click outside of the radio box.
Why doesn't the T key simply transmit weather or not the radio text box is open? Is this actually a bug?
So.. I'm sitting in the cockpit flying along and I hit "T" and the transmit doesn't work.
When I hit "/" and hit "T" a little T appears in the text box.
When I click on the cockpit somewhere and and outside of the textbox, I can again hit T to transmit. This can't be right, can it??
I tried to map the "Mic on Channel" to a joystick button and the same thing happens.
