<> Ladies and Gents of the CT,

It is with great sadness that I, Duke, as the outgoing CO have to announce the de-commissioning of VF-27.

The squad was one of the first to be formed back when the CT was young by Jester and Lowe.  At her prime, there was nothing in the air that could best her.  She will be missed.

<> To the former, and current outgoing members of VF-27!!!

We are not done yet.  Wait till I get my dissertation written, then I will be up again.  We will live on in some form.

It runs circles around AH ..Bear..theres too many ex AHer's that will tell you that..I keep tabs in here only because theres hope for your beloved sim ..HT aint there yet..but as far as graphics , immersion , FM , DM , and a load of other tweaks , IL2 tops them all..Compare your CT numbers to Hyperlobby servers..on the evenings & weekends  I've had to wait because there were over a 1000 players ..on a pssst...  free online server. The Pac maps ,
Eastern / Western Front maps are very popular . and the groups that run em are always makin new ones to add in too the rotations that usually last until a time limit or until the objectives have been met..anyways I'm not slammin nor tryin to offend anyone that likes AH..I liked it ..but it just got stale as h*ll..
it will get better and when it does ..the numbers will be back.
along with yours truly...lookin fer some Luftwaffers :rofl

I probably know just as many AH guys that tried it and feel the same way I do about it as you say left AH for IL2. You and Phawk just don't seem to understand not everyone thinks like you. If you're happy there, stay there and I'll stay here. Diiference is, I won't go to a IL2 BBS promoting AH. I'm kinda funny that way.:eek:

Not promoting anything ,you said it sucked ..alot more people disagree .. you have your reasons for not liking it ..maybe its too hard for you and you're use to the arcade , icons on , radar showing you were everyone and everything is ..difference between you & me ..I like  r-e-a-l-i-s-t-i-c  sims . AH will get better
in time , Question is ..how many freakin squads you gonna start and disband ? & start & disband ? oh..plank  this buds for you :rolleyes: :lol

It wasn't hard at all...Question is.... if your so happy in IL2, why do you still troll the AH BBS? I never started and disbanded one squad in AH, but then you hardly showed up in any squads you were in here. You probably don't remember who started what.:rolleyes:
