did...the only p38 that shows is the L...it's the other 2 that  i want to edit....they're not in either sound packs...yes i know what i'm lookin for, just can't find 'em

You can manually create them.

P38G
P38J
P38L

... ^ are the directory names.  I copied the L sounds over to the G and J directories.  Once that's done, go nuts with your editing :)
