The European Constitution is 511 pages, thats 500 more than the US Constitution.  No wonder none of the Spaniards read it before they approved it !

Even though I live in EU I think the whole system is a one big joke.

I'm sure that they regulate the curvature of the cucumbers all the way in the constitution.

Yes, EU has some extremely silly regulations such as that a cucumber cannot be called a cucumber unless it's between 5 and 15 degrees in curvature.

Too straight - nope not a cucumber.
Too twisted - the same.

It doesn't matter that the vegetable comes from the same branch of the same bush with the 'good' one. :D

And these regulations are done with spending millions of taxpayers money.

Clear regulations and laws are better option than continuous trials in courts.

There's a limit to regulating things Staga.

There's no stopping to the length they'll go with the legal mumbo jumbo. They're inventing paragraphs after paragraph just to waste time and taxpayers money there.

One day they'll make a decision that a noodle has to be between 3" to 10" in size in order to qualify. And then what am I going to be called, a girl?

Another way would be solving every little detail in courts and my guess is it would be more expensive.
Sometimes some things just sound wierd but there may be quite clear explanation for everything.

Not saying I'd know what that is.

Forgive me, but there in a nutshell is one of the reasons most US folks ignore the UN.

;)
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!
