try my test.
Have a Tiger sit immobile. T34 must get to 1 side of the Tiger, at a 90 degree angle to 1 plate on the Tigers turret. Fire at the turret. If the round ricochets, you arent at 90 degrees. Move and try again. Once you land a hit that sticks (the big hit sprite), fire at that same spot 2 more times.
In every test I ran (probably 40 or 50) 3 hits to the same 'plate' of the Tigers turret (front right, front left, left, right, or rear) disabled the turret. After that a random number of shots will kill the Tiger (generally 8-12).
So figure you'll need at least 45 seconds with a perfect initial setup to knock out a Tigers turret.
The problem is the Tigers turret rotates at 6 degrees per second (in real life, not sure about in game speed, it is probably faster), so you have at most 30 seconds to fire at the turret (~2 shots with the T-34), and that is if you are directly behind the turret of an unmoving Tiger.
Throw in the additional requirement that all 3 hits have to be to the same 'plate' of the turret (which was tested as well) and it is a practical impossibility for a T-34 to kill a Tiger. But in theory, it can happen.
