I have the Armour "Uncle Cy's Angel" 80th FS P38 myself.  That was Cy Homer's bird.  Amazing detail on those things.  

The Avatar I use is an image of Corky Smith standing in front of his second 38 "CorkyJr"

I did the Headhunter image for the squad nose art as well, similar to what you posted.
