I'm gonna say it is at least one Japanese bird. Prolly the Ki-84 or Ki-44. If you look at there listed performance numbers they are very similer (not the 100octane test).

Look for something that bring something new to the game too. The next bird after that is 100% gauranteed to be the

P-47N

Clipped wings/Better roll. Same performance as the M when not using extra tanks. Great high alt bird to compete with TA-152. No question here.

Will get my F4U-4 later, sigh...

Just got off the phone with the bartender down at the little bar 1/2 mile down the street from the HTC office.

You want the "straight scoop", you have to know who to call!

He says last nite Super and Nate were in there quaffing a few root beers and arguing over paint schemes for the Bearcat.

Apparently they also had some Squadron Signal pubs on the Spit XIV.

So, get your crying towels ready.

Dang if that's the case I would rather see the Ki-84. That's MFO of course.

I'd sure like a post-1942 Spit or a Mosquito.  For the MA.

But for scenarios we really need a Soviet bomber/attack aircraft and a Japanese bomber/attack aircraft.
