Here`s an example.
I have a friend who lost a right hand to a cotton stripper. He didn`t let it slow him down for long. He is now in his 60`s. After the accident he continued to run the family farm, but also had a gun repair, customizing, etc shop at his home. He was featured in a few hunting mags and did a few stories for some.
Seeing how it is getting harder and harder on the small family farms, he went to work at the local Wally World store to help suppliment his famiy`s income.
In what department did they place him? Sporting Goods as would have been the most logical, more benefit to the store and making great use of his knowledge???
Hell no! They placed him in the paint dept.
Makes absolutely no sense.
What makes it even more ridiculous is the fact that his dept is located the next section across from Sporting Goods and the guy they have running the Sporting Goods dept. knowledge of the products he is in charge of is equal to my knowledge on brain surgery. If this guy ever did anything pertaining to sporting goods past full contact checkers it would be a shock to me.
