Does HQ require maproom?

Still plugging away on my MA project and thought this was in question, I do see far placed maprooms on MA maps and was wondering are these HQ maprooms, anyone and thanks.

Those isolated map rooms are for the CV groups.  Even though the groups can not be captured directly, they are treated as fields and need map rooms. (HQs do not use map rooms.)
