Smoked chicken breast cut into strips and rolled into a large flour tortilla, with bacon, hot mustard sauce, mushrooms, and sharp cheddar cheese.

Homemade Lasagna (have to make the noodles myself, on low carb diet).  Have to use Cottage Cheese though, cant find good Ricotta here.  Hard to tell if its hot enough, but when it gets cold.........yuck.  So I mix Provelone with the Mozzerella on top to give it more flavor.
