WW2OL inflight shots - for you Jihad.
« on: June 11, 2001, 06:22:00 PM »
First, there is no texture filtering in these shots. Thats why you can see the blockiness of the textures on the water especially and on the cockpit dashboard.

2 shots taken at dusk.

The other shot is over a small town. The trees you see there are numerous and all over the landscape.  They is also very random type of trees and bushes.  The feeling of NOE is amazing.

Now, tell me how you can say WW2OL's graphics are butt ugly. Oh and keep in mind these are highly compressed JPEG's.  In lfight is even more sweet.

Rock:  Ya see that Ensign, lighting the cigarette?
Powell: Yes Rock.
Rock: Well that's where I got it, he's my son.
Powell: Really Rock, well I'd like to meet him.
Rock:  No ya wouldn't.

YOu have to cut and paste the URL in a separate IE window...then it works.

Tripod prolly doesnt allow linking to files like that to prevent mp3 hosting.  :)

Go to  http://corn555.tripod.com/    and direct select the images to view.

Nice shots! Although truly, the opened canopy would have ripped off, no?   :)

Thanks Westy.  The chat buffer messages are pretty funny on the 109 shot.   :)

Staga: with it's present state I doubt it would be even legal to sell it in Finland.

It doesn't exactly keep any of the promises advertised - and that's rated as fraud in here.
