Apparently I'm a fundamentalist. Well there's a big surprise...

And yes JB, entertaining but rather subjective and two dimensional.

Well I'm off to burn witches with the fundamentalist Buddhists next door (we use copies of Camus, Voltaire, and Hawking for kindling).

Owing to the religious nature of the questions, I did not have answers to many of them. With so many gaps by the halfway point, test abandoned. Don't know what that makes me. I'll leave it to someone else! ;)
