 My Question is, Can a tile be made?and how?

OMG....Man learn to use search button.

Or post in my post.

First you need a program. ex:Adobe PS works well.

Then work off that. Tile size 512x512.

Very good advice.....you should follow it yourself before jumping all over  someone else about it.

About the only problems that haven't had something posted about them are problems with the Object Editor and AC3D. And that's only because they are new to most of us.
Most of the people you meet in life are like slinkies. Pretty much useless, but still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

There are constant misunderstandings with what "tile" means. It is used for both the terrain texture files (like skychimp most likely thinks here) and the newer object filled "clutte object group" kind of files. It is good to specify what you are talking about when talking about tiles.
