Version 2.04 Patch 1 Changes

Fixed a bug that was causing squad art to corrupt the external textures of the P-51D.
Fixed a bug in the P-51s that made ditching nearly impossible.
Changed the material on the tail of the P-51D.
Fixed a graphic on the propellor hub of the P-47s.
Removed the dive flap light from the P-47s except for the D-40.
Removed the dive flaps in the flight model of the P-47N. (The N did not have the dive flaps.)
Adjusted the landing gear on the P-47N so that the wheels stay in contact with the ground during the takeoff run.
Fixed a bug that caused ordnance on the P-47D-11 to not display correctly.
Fixed a bug in the radio drop down menu that was causing it to be inoperable with certain channels.
