Hello folks,
I'm looking a text editor with batch file editing (find & replace) function.
Could you recommend any?

UNIX + sed. Probably not what you wanted to hear, but it works well.

For windows, I like Ultraedit, which you can find at
http://www.ultraedit.com.
Yes, it isn't free or cheap ($50), but I've been using it for years and years and it can do everything you'd ever want.

Ultraedit is very good. It has syntax highlighting for various programming languages and supports batch processing for search & replace ... but it costs money, but it's worth it.
You could also try scite (
http://www.scintilla.org/SciTE.html
). It's freeware and pretty good.

Thanks for everybody
I need this search&replace function for several AC3D files. Material value etc parameter changing by hand for several is pretty slow.
