B25s & CVs
« on: August 26, 2005, 06:22:25 AM »
Can anyone tell me if B25s were launched from carriers other than Doolittle raid please?  Don't seem to be able to find much in the lit.  You guys in the US may have better resources.
Thx :)

Bill Klaers has launched 5 times from CV's in the past with his B-25. That is post WW2 though.
I regret doing business with TD Computer Systems.

I don't know of any... not even for ferrying purposes. They did ferry alot of land based fighter aircraft with CVs tho...

Thanks for replies. :) I got the impression it was a bit of a one off - all credit to them tho for pushing the boundaries.
