Scoring kills on bombers

Is the 20 points for the whole formation or each plane? Also is a plane(any type) failing to RTB due to damage after it's attacker goes down considered a loss?

The points is for each plane. So a formation of 3 planes .. lets say B24s is worth 75 points if you down them all.

Currently I count credit kills. I do keep an eye on crashes, ditches, bails, in the logs. So loss of a plane in the air is bad. If you get home and can ditch or land it is good.
