I think bling bling shiney tire sidewalls are rediculous looking. Griots Garage has a very nice tire gel that leaves a semi-flatwaterproof sidewall when finished.  It lasts about 2 months. I love this stuff!

It's anywhere from 16 to 19 depending on how heavy my foot is.

Offroad, it's more like 13.

From what I read, the new ones get better mileage and they have more horsepower... the bastards.

...and don't lump me in with the rest of the  *******s driving 90 MPH in their 6000+ pound yuppie shopping carts. ;)

What? You don't have a set of 24" spinning-hub wheels for that yet?

I read somewhere (or maybe I heard it) that large diameter wheels affect gas mileage and not in a good way.

Is this true?

True sandman...just think...your vehicle is working harder to rotate heavier wheels over more of a distance.
