Breaking news.. LA's power grid is down. Totally.
The price of Freedom is the willingness to do sudden battle, anywhere, any time and with utter recklessness...

...at home, or abroad.

What`s the difference between a power "outage" and a power "interuption"?
Democracy is two wolves deciding on what to eat. Freedom is a well armed sheep protesting the vote.

shaddap. we're amurricans, licensed to mangle the language indiscriminately.

Seems to be only parts of the city and outlying area's to the NW up into the San Fernando valley.

It's Bush's fault.

Why is it taking him so long to respond?

He should've been there after the power went out with a flashlight....

It's because he hates people from Hollywood.

It was total chaos.

My power was out here in North Hollywood for 45 minutes and not one FEMA rep checked on me, and my free Blackhawk ride never showed.

There was no LAPD presence on my block either, now just because I haven't seen a Gendarme Holstien traversing my street in 3 years is not the point, this was an EMERGENCY.

There was a military on the scene right away, the militants of the "Lunitic Fringe peoples Republic of North Hollywood" broke out thier weapons and took to the streets... a few liberties were taken with a local stray dog, and several Roosters are missing, but no other incidents were reported.

I had no food, my electrec can opener and microwave were out and nobody from the Govt came to help.. even after 45 minutes.
After 5 min of no power I'm sure all the food in the fridge was rotted... man I was STARVING TO DEATH, a Govt MRE falling from the sky would have been oh so yummy... hunger is the best gravey.

I had no water either, my debit card was useless to buy bottled water...you don't expect me to drink that yucky tap stuff while in crisis!

It was such BS I'm calling for the Deputy Commander of our local neighborhood watch be fired eventhough it was all Bushs fault.

Edit: Oh ya, in case it wasn't obvious by the way I WAS NEGLECTED BY THE GOVT, what more proof do you right wing zealots need??!!!.. it's obvious Bush hates the Irish.
