man not again! i swear i told it to fit to the limit. the limit is 120kb or am i wrong? i didnt check what size it came out as again, im sorry.

Looks like you're wrong. From the User cp -> edit options -> change avatar:
Note: the maximum size of your custom image is 64 by 64 pixels or 30000 bytes (whichever is smaller).
