I figured part of the plan was to ice down a few cases of beer, get Natedog (he's a big fella -he can manhandle the servers), Skuzzy and Pyro in Hitechs truck and roadtrip to get them...

That way Skuzzy can "stragetically" pull and cross some wires at Savvis  HQ while Nate loads the servers - Pyro can wait in the truck and throw the flaming bags of poo at the security as they chase you down in their golf carts while you egress.

Meanwhile Sudz will be calling in prank calls into savvis tech support every minute on the minute.


I mean, that's how Texans would do it, isn't it?

There was a plan along those lines, but with the gas prices being what they are.......

Some of you guys need to relax , they have aready pulled the server out of a problematic Isp and are working towards a resolution with a new ISP . Some of you guys sound like liitle kids that wont accept any explaination , but just want to cry till they get their own way. Buck up liitle campers , the sun will come out tommorrow lol

That kee rap we have been getting from Savvis has been so way frustrating.

Simple question's.
Is HTC leaving Savis and going with another ISP?
Are you replacing the MA server with a new one?
Is it any of my bizness?

We are leaving Savvis, and going with AT&T.  The servers, which have been in St. Louis, are being moved to an AT&T colocation center in Allen, Texas (about an hour from us).
The servers are not being physically replaced.  They are just moving to another location/ISP.

This problem is actually quite good thing. Yesterday I tried to play AH but it was impossible. Well.. I figured out that I can do something else and I had good se.. err fun with my wife!
