the server.

When I connect I either lose UDP right at connect or within 5 minutes of connect.

Longest I can stay connected is about 15 minutes then I loose HOST. :(

Need a traceroute to the new IP (206.16.60.39) to be able to tell what is going on.  Could be a lot of things between you and the server causing this.

Uh, 25% packet loss on the first hop?  After that, all bets are off.  You need to find out why your ISP is having such a huge packet loss problem.  Could be your local Internet service as well.
There is definitely a problem, but it is starting immediately at your connection.

Well during the day it seems to work better than savvis but last night when we had the most people on I started getting little 1/3 second sawtooth spikes that made it just about unplayable.  I would line up on someone at about 200 to 400 away pull trigger and poof they were out of my sight.

After looking around all players planes were doing the same and vox was real rough I could only hear about 1/2 of every word.
Just checked net status this morning and all looks well again but if it does the same as last night squad night is gonna suck tonight. :cry :)

Almost acts like it lags just enough to hamper performance but not change over to TCP, and if changing over to TCP would help I wish it would.
Anyway here is my ping plot from this morning and my brother says his looks exactly the same (He lives a few houses away).
I will do another ping plot tonight if it starts acting up.

Well........

I'm using  USR5686E.  It's an external modem.

My problem appears fixed now.  It needed the firmware flashed to latest version.  Just came off a 2 hour bout of AHII.  Thanks Skuzzy for lookin and replyin so quick.  Worked most of this weekend I bet.
