Yesterday night Byron Brown was elected to Buffalo Mayor. He is the first black mayor for the city. He beat his oppisition 3 to 1 in votes. What was really suprising and very cool was that he dominated the South Buffalo area mainly made up of Irish Catholics. SO change can be seen in multiple ways. A step forward for Buffalo. He has a tough job ahead of him.
Oh yea, NYC ripped us off again on a transportation proposition. Buffalo will see about 22 million and NYC gets somewhere around a billion.
