Only 1 engine sound at a time?

Bug: Even when at 0 throttle, if your engine is on, NO GV sounds will play, even if you are right over them. This is repeatable offline. Does not depend on your throttle settings at all, you toggle engine on and off and you can heat GV sounds kick in only when engine sound is not playing.

I have thought that this is done purposely to prevent the cheat of turning your engine and track sound down all the way to hear gvs around you.  Dunno, could be wrong.

You can notice this in the Hurri 1 and Spit 1.

Go neg G so the engine cuts out and you can here the cons around you.

Works great in a knife fight :P

I think that The idea this is done as an "anti cheat / gaming"  mesure sounds about right
