Congratulations on a great win last week. Unfortunately RL prevented my from being able to be there with you, and I just got home a couple of hours ago. Since then I've read the boards, and replied in the Spec Events thread, on behalf of the Allies. Regardless of any decision, we were outnumbered and using inferior equipment, yet we still outscored the enemy! Outstanding Job!
I want to take a minute to recognize a few squadrons in particular.
Of those The 327th, VMF 101 and the Arabian Knights stood out in the air.
To ~FATE~ thanks for volunteering to float around in pt boats, same to the 325th. To the CAF and 9 GIAP, you had an impossible task, got jumped ten minutes before the rules allowed, and still kicked butt! You were never really going to have a chance to hold that town! Well done!
To the Pt cap, sorry you didn't have more bandits to engage. I expected the Axis to bring half their force after the pt's and they didn't. You know what they say, "Proper planning prevents piss poor performance."
Lastly to my fellow 68th, my sincerest thanks for picking upthe ball and running with it. Way to go 68Falcon and 68KO. Not just squaddies but real friends.
The Axis had 120 pilots to our 91. Below are the general allied stats.
