I like the idea of only being able to launch from 1 base and each country only gets 2. Still need the 40 digit code that only comes across the text buffer once. If it's entered wrong the plane blows and the bomb is gone. Can you imagine the confusion when 30 different people are screaming at you with the code.:D

The question is, who'll get to fly the Nuke-carrier? Just the one being able to caugh up 5200 perks?

Or maybe the country to raise a charity for perks, asking everyone to give up 100 perks or so :)
