No its correct.. Hong Kong now has Chinese in front of it to distinguish it from its Colonial British past

there was a civil war going on in china at the time. one side was the communists lead by mao. the other side was led by chang kai scheck. germany and just about everyone else backed the anti-communsits who would drape swastika flags over their supply trains to avoid being shot by japanese aircraft.
