Unfortunately your political correctioness is probably more likely cowardice. But your point about the counter may be correct and I would apologize due to UBB crap except I found his posts marked 167 elsewhere.

<yawn>

And your point is?

Next time, start with a premise, use a *few* quotes to support it and then conclude. It makes for much easier reading, and people won't have wade through an ocean of waffle before lambasting you. Moreover, do not begin threads with racial slurs - it really doesn't add to your credibility.

Looking at this thread and the one taken from over at WW2OL, it would seem you have a talent for generating contempt - is that a gift or is it something learned by experience?

Raster-

FWIW I didn't enter into this thread looking for a fight- I was looking for your point. I can glean that you are upset that the "Your Customer" thread was locked, you didn't seem to think there was a reason to do so, and that you perhaps think WWII Online is vaporware mainly because the programmers are overworked and perhaps would have been wise to use the community expertise in the area of artwork.

Let's assume you are right in every single one of the concerns I listed above. What is it we need to do or discuss about it? In my opinion the thread was locked largely because it appeared to be an incoherent rant on WWII Online placed on an HTC server. Frankly I am happy to see something like that get locked right away- what purpose is there in allowing people to come in here and spew about another company's product (from HTC's perspective)? It looks very unprofessional, and divides the communities to boot. Haven't we had enough diviseness on all the boards?

I can "quote" some more if you want me to but  what's the point?

I quoted myself on that last one to prove I was right.

Oh and you can look at how many "posts" I've made if that will help you figure out if I can understand YOUR post or not.

I really liked it when you called Kieren a hacker. HEHE! Yeah and he has reading comprehension problem. AHHAHAHHA! You really got him pegged...yup...that' him alright. MWUAHAHHAHAHAHA!

Talk about clueless!

Can someone please lock this thread so we don't have to step in anymore of his "wisdom".
I have been reborn a new man!

 RASTER,

Please save yourself the humiliation and stop posting on this board or at least change your name.
You proved yourself too dumb (in clinical terms, I am not trying to be offencive here) and inexperienced to understand how the post counter works on the bulletin board.
Instead of doubting yourself for even a moment, thinking a little bit, may be experimenting or even just asking someone, you started accusing the board of not functioning properly and people of hacking.
Believe me, after that no one is going to be interested in your opinion on anything.

Miko2D, Mighty1, Dowding, the problem here is that a few posters patrol these BB like trolls hurling polemical insults and accusations while hardly once relating to the topic of the post.
The problem maybe that I really gave a damn how cowards like yourselves perceive freedom of expression, although perhaps my problem is I am hardly offended by adults who play childrens games and who are elated when they can abuse children on a BB.
The point 'your customer' made is valid and indicates the need to feel validated by seeking like minded individuals on a independent BB.
However, rather than encourage, align, guide and befriend, the same old friggen trolls shot the bugger to hell and lost whatever relationship could have developed..BANG. Now you will tell me so what and expect me to explain it.
I feel the producers of these childrens games are big headed enough without groupies praising every fart they make. I stand in what I have said, the arena's are full of cheats, the graphics stink, sim communities which contribute work to the greater success of the program are to be preferred and the Chinese are responsible for the death of their own pilot.

RASTER.

Children, will you be ready to address the topic soon? With hundreds if not thousands of posts under your rotten little trolling titles, it is easy to see what kind of contributions to discussion you have been making. The only way I can describe your posts is farts, giggles, gibberish and spit balls. Hehehe, however, I seem to be wearing you down some.

I can see this has degraded into yet another flame war. But I would like to point out something else, amazing that HT does.

With no particular loss of eyecandy, HTC keeps the system requirements to a reasonable level. The argument over at brand W is that we would all still be playing wireframe on a 386 if not for upgrades. What these people seem to be missing is that you could not do much of anything on a 386. On the other hand my over clocked celery is more than adequate to do EVERYthing else I do with a computer. Spending hundreds of dollars to do just one thing (sim) just is not logical. As far as home computing go's I think we have hit the point of diminishing returns.  And I think HT is one of the few to recognize this.

I know there are many of you that love computing and will always be pushing the envelope. This is a good thing and I would not discourage it for obvious reasons. Also business applications will always need to be pushing the edge. But for home use. lets face it, how fast do you need that porn

My old computer can process as fast as the internet can feed it to me. So the next step is faster speed and improved latency on the connection end. When that outruns my computer then I will need an upgrade.

I give. I have attempted to be civil to you, you have been insulting in every reply. You have not-so-subtly either ignored the point of my questions or don't understand them, but no matter. This sandbox isn't big enough for the two of us, so I leave it to you.

Enjoy your "discussion".

Oh dear. It seems that many people know you from elsewhere?

BTW, as for abusing children on a BB (eh?), it seems strange for you to say that. Considering you have admitted being officially warned for verbally abusing a 12 year old girl while online. An achievement to be proud of.

'Rock' on rasterman. And goodbye.

Now listen, the story is that when I tried to explain to the community of WB's what was happening, Kent East removed my posts off the BB and removed me from the board.

The truth of the matter? I was playing online from 2am to 4am EST. Odd then that a 12 year old would be at their uncles playing online on a week night at those times and honestly I was only in the AC arena. At those times there were only about 5 players maximum at any time. I don't recall saying anything that merits that kind of response. However, other players were! One named 'bramal' on several nights took every opportunity on the chat box radio to start in the "Raster sleeps with 12 year old girlds and the like." Perhaps someone read the messages names wrong. I am not sure.

You may not enjoy adult banter as much as me but their TOS states no children. However and as you have said yourself, IEN would not have sent me the Email unless I was convicted, tried and sentenced of something very bad. Problem is I have no idea what. When I checked with the other players, of which I could find only a few, they also had no idea. Had it been on the BB then the redness of the true salamander might have been illuminated and KENT EAST was not gona let that happen cause he was probably behind it.
