If you checked it right after that message came up, you might have checked before the system actually awarded the points.

Check them after the terrain change and I'll bet they are there.
Most of the people you meet in life are like slinkies. Pretty much useless, but still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

Is 2 hours enough for the effect?  the support says 12 hours prior http://www.flyaceshigh.com/ahhelp/map.html#win .  There would be your problem.

That means that you need to have flown for that country at least 12 hours since switching sides to get perks. I don't think that's been a factor for a long time though, since I've heard of people switching in the last minutes to get perks.
A Rook who first flew 09/26/03 at the age of 13, has been a GL in 10+ Scenarios, and was two-time Points and First Annual 68KO Cup winner of the AH Extreme Air Racing League.

I dont think HTC expects people to be online for 12 hours :lol .

Those 12 hours refer to switching country.
2 hours online before terrain change sound like plenty enough to me.

I think that 12 hours with a counrtry is resonable. I've flown as a Rook since after my fourth month or so, with two days as a Knight.
