A wireless connection will never be as good/stable as a wired connection.

Not when you:
trip over the cord and break the ends off... at 10:05 pm after staples / etc. is closed and you have 5 mins to get to FSO.

They have power strips with the buttons on the side, the only problem is most of them are right at toe-level under computer lab tables, and most lost the plastic no-push covers (that have a hole so a finger can still get through)... Ever work for 2 hours + to stretch out in your seat and everything goes quiet?

Back on topic, I'm remodeling our home which sits above our store. It didn't take much thought on hard wiring for every possible situation. This is being run to every room in our home....

Contains:

Two quad shield RG6U 75 ohm coaxial cables.
Two Category 5e 4-pair telephone/network unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cables.
Two 62.5/125 micron multimode glass fiber optic cables.
Most of the people you meet in life are like slinkies. Pretty much useless, but still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

Schatzi, depending on your PC setup you can disable that power key. I know my old Gateway keyboard has one, but I don't remember how to disable it.

Super glue works nicely on those keys.  Or a Dremel will do in a pinch.

NHawk, where did you get that cable?
